After honing his skills at elite gyms & gaining knowledge from top coaches around the world, Mohammad ventured to starting his own private training business in 2020. However, his journey truly began because of a personal struggle – at 230 pounds in high school, the spark ignited that would inspire him to not only physically evolve but learn everything he could about fitness.

In a school year Mohammad transformed his own life by shedding 65 pounds, fueling his passion helping others master their own bodies. That’s where his story began! He has worked with countless clients, primarily over the age of 40, overcome injuries, surgeries, and posture related issues to not only reach their fitness goals but build a foundation for functional & long term health. His method is all encompassing from fitness, nutrition, and habit coaching.
